The Grandstand Quilt with Jennifer

Round up your favorite fat quarters and join Jennifer for 5 weeks to make the Grandstand Quilt! In this class you will perfect your piecing & seam nesting skills using your favorite fat quarters. The pattern offers 4 size options.
What to Bring (You will receive a 10% discount on fabric & supplies purchased at our shop for this class.)
Standard Supplies List:
- Sewing Machine in good working order (have a copy of your machine manual handy)
- Sewing Machine foot attachments (a quarter inch foot is highly recommended)
- Extra machine needles (universal size 80/12 or 90/14)
- Bobbins
- Thread for piecing (I recommend 100% cotton 50 weight thread in a neutral colour)
- A fabric marking pen/pencil
- A pen/pencil and notebook
- Scissors for snipping thread
- Rotary cutter (45mm)
- Seam ripper
- Straight Pins
- Rulers listed in the projects specific requirements (There are some rulers at the shop for student use).
- Supplies listed below in project specific requirements.
Project Specific Supplies
- Fabric
- Ruler sizes that will come in handy for this project are 6"x24", 6"x12", 16.5" or larger square (you can use the shop squares if you don't have one).

Instructor Bio: | Jennifer has always loved and admired handmade quilts. A few years ago, she took her first class, and in that class, she realized she had been missing out on quilting for far too many years. Her love for quilting has been fast and furious, she has taken numerous classes and workshops to develop her skills. She has made countless quilts, tote bags, mug rugs, table runners, and placemats etc. In 2021 she began sharing her love of quilting through teaching. |
