Stripology Inga Quilt with Roxanne - Beginner
Join Roxanne for the Stripology Inga beginner class. While making a quilt, you’ll learn how to confidently cut squares and fabric strips, measure accurately, and square up your blocks like a pro. These rulers are powerful tools—and this class is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what they can do.
What to Bring
General Supplies:
- Sewing Machine in good working order (have a copy of your machine manual handy)
- Sewing Machine foot attachments (a ¼” foot is required)
- Extra machine needles (universal size 80/12 or 90/14)
- Bobbins
- Thread for piecing (I recommend 100% cotton 50 weight thread in a neutral)
- A fabric marking pen/pencil
- Scissors for snipping thread
- Rotary cutter (45mm)
- Seam ripper
- Straight Pins
- A pen/pencil & notebook for taking notes

| Instructor Bio: | With a long career as an educator, it was only natural for Roxanne to find her way into teaching quilting. She has been sewing for more than 40 years and has been quilting with passion and purpose since 2008. Roxanne loves every part of the quilting process—planning, choosing fabrics, adapting patterns, sewing, quilting, and finishing. She has a particular fondness for the math behind quilting, enjoys exploring different techniques, and is always on the lookout for more efficient (and often easier!) ways to do things. Roxanne is also a Certified Stripology Instructor! |
