Join Gloria for a Festive 3-Week Class! Get a head start on your holiday decorating and create this lovely Christmas table runner or wall hanging. This charming project features Christmas bells, patchwork, and appliqué—a beautiful combination that’s sure to add some holiday cheer to your home. What to bring:
General Supplies:
- Sewing Machine in good working order (have a copy of your machine manual handy)
- Sewing Machine foot attachments (a ¼” foot, a walking foot and an open toe foot will be beneficial for this class)
- Extra machine needles (universal size 80/12 or 90/14)
- Bobbins
- Thread for piecing (I recommend 100% cotton 50 weight thread in a neutral colour)
- A fabric marking pen/pencil
- Scissors for snipping thread
- Rotary cutter (45mm)
- Seam ripper
- Straight Pins
- Rulers (see project supplies for specifics) I do have a few rulers available at the shop for student use but if you have one, please bring one.
- A pen/pencil & notebook for taking notes

- Patchwork – 51, 3”x3” squares (or a variety of 3” strips of fabric)
- Bell Main – 4, 8.5” squares
- Bell Bottom – 4, 2.5”x8.5” rectangles
- Bell Ball – 1, 2”x8” rectangle
- Bell Holly – 1, 2”x16” rectangle
- Bell Top – 1, 2”x8” rectangle
- Stars – 1, 2”x8” rectangle
- Binding – 4, 2.5” strips
- Backing Fabric - 1/2m
- Placemat batting - 1/2m
- Heat & Bond Lite 1/2m
- Thread to match all fabrics
