Class/Event Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the class/event start date, a full refund will be offered.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of the class/event start date, you will not receive a refund unless your seat is booked by another participant.
- Store credit or date transfers are not offered for class/event cancellations.
- If Jennifer's Quilt Shop Inc. cancels a class/event, a full refund will be offered.
Return Policy
- All sales are final on fabric, batting, interfacing, books & patterns and Oliso irons.
- Items that are unopened and in their original manufacturer packaging, smoke free and pet hair free may be returned within 30 days for store credit.
- All returns are at the discretion of Jennifer’s Quilt Shop Inc.
Shipping
Jennifer’s Quilt Shop Inc. ships within Canada only. The carrier used for shipping is Canada post. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Possible shipping methods include:
- Standard letter mail – no tracking
- Regular parcel – tracking
- Flat Rate Box – tracking
- Xpresspost – tracking
- Priority - tracking
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends, store closing days or holidays. There are no guarantees on shipment times.
Damages
Jennifer’s Quilt Shop Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is recommended to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
